No. 557 of 2023 was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.03.2023. 2. Heard Sri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The present application has been moved by the applicant, Mohd. Intekhab Alias Intkam seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 935 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Kankarkhera, District Meerut. 4. No fresh ground has been taken. Now, charge-sheet has been submitted. Prima facie, offence is made out against the applicant. No case for interference by this Court is made out. 5.
