The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 278/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 80 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Mahboob Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Shahjadi Khatun, who died in her matrimonial home within four years of her marriage. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the findings of the postmortem report, where it has been mentioned that there was no external injury on the person of deceased and the cause of death is uncertain. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Mahboob Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih or his successor in connection with Dhanwar P.S.
