In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the preset case and order proposed to be passed herein under, this Court proceeds to decide the instant transfer application finally with the consent of learned counsel for the parties. 3. Instant application has been moved to transfer the Marriage Petition No.2066 of 2021 (Shyam Kumar Singh vs. Smt. Manju Bharti) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar. 4. Sole respondent has moved misc. application supported by an affidavit giving consent to transfer the case from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar. 5. In this conspectus, as above, and in view of the consent given by learned counsel for the sole respondent, instant transfer application succeeds and is allowed. Marriage Petition No.2066 of 2021 (Shyam Kumar Singh vs. Smt. Manju Bharti) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh is hereby transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar having competent jurisdiction.
