The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sidhgora PS Case No.46 of 2025, for offence registered under section 420, 406, 468, 120-B of IPC, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be married sister of Shilpa Roy. She submits that only vague allegation is made against the petitioner that this petitioner was present at the time of transaction made between the informant and Shilpa Roy and apart from that so far as money transaction is concerned, there is nothing as transferred or paid to the petitioner. She then submits that by an earlier order the Court has been pleased to call for the case diary and in the case diary at pages 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, and 17, the transaction is said to be there between the other coaccused persons and the name of the petitioner has not come there and in those pages, only it is stated that the petitioner was present. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner was also present at the time of alleged transaction. 5. Considering that so far as transaction is concerned, amount is not paid to petitioner and money is obtained by Shilpa Roy and this petitioner happened to be sister of Shilpa Roy, and in attending facts and circumstances of the present case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sidhgora PS Case No.46 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
