GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.28540 of 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus for declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent and 3rd Respondent in not issuing Family Member Certificate of the Deceased Father of the Petitioner in pursuance of the Application Number FMC250924028350 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent and 3rd Respondent to issue Family Member Certificate of the Deceased Father of the Petitioner in pursuance of the Application Number FMC250924028350 to the Petitioner and pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Petitioner herein made an application for issuance of Family Member Certificate vide application No.FMC250924028350 dated 24.09.2025. As no action has been taken on the said application, the present writ petition is filed. The petitioner had earlier filed an application for the very same relief, which was rejected with a direction to reapply. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted a fresh application for issuance of Family Member Certificate vide application No.FMC250924028350 dated 24.09.2025. 3. As the prayer is innocuous, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition at the admission stage, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s 4 application vide application No.FMC250924028350 dated 24.09.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
