1. The petitioner has challenged his transfer order dated 30.06.2025, whereby the petitioner, who is Assistant Teacher (LB), was transferred from Govt. Primary School, Thusekela, Block Kharsia to Govt. Primary School, Sarsamar, Block Dharamjaigarh under the Rationalization Instructions dated 02.08.2024.
2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that, the representation of the petitioner is considered and the impugned
order dated 03.06.2025 has been cancelled by the respondent No. 4 vide order dated 23.07.2025. He also placed a copy of the order dated 23.07.2025, which is being taken on record.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the impugned transfer order has already been cancelled, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the present petition further, as his grievances have already been redressed.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of at this stage. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) Judge ved
