2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 14.08.2024 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VIII (I/C) at Jamshedpur in B.P. Case No. 531/2024 arising out of Tata Rail P.S. Case No. 76/2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that in course of patrolling duty, R.P.F. had intercepted six persons as well as the present appellant, who is alleged to have been involved in human trafficking by taking the boys to Solapur (Mumbai) for engaging them in agricultural work.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant is in custody since 22.07.2024. It has further been submitted that the father of all the six boys have given an affidavit that it was on their own consent that the appellant was taking the boys for work. Learned counsel also submits that the appellant has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.
6. Regard being had to the above, we, while setting aside the order dated 14.08.2024 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VIII (I/C)at Jamshedpur in B.P. Case No. 531/2024 arising out of Tata Rail P.S. Case No. 76/2024, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, CKP at West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in connection with Tata Rail P.S. Case No. 76/2024.
7. This appeal is allowed and disposed of.
