The husband of the deceased predeceased her. The deceased is survived by three legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 3 of the application. One of them, being the son, is the applicant before this Court and the other two have consented to the grant. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the department, therefore, considering the view of the department, this application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition, subject to furnishing a personal bond of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh) with two sureties.
