When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that the execution petition vide E.P.No.20/2016 on the file of XVI Additional District Judge, Nandigama was referred to Lok-Adalat and the Judgment Debtor/Petitioner paid an amount of Rs.12,20,425/- to the Decree Holder, upon which, the Decree Holder filed a memo seeking permission of this Court to close the Execution Petition. 2. As the matter was settled before the Lok-Adalat and an award was passed to that effect on 06.09.2022, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3. There shall be no order as to costs.
