Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA. 3. The petitioner is seeking phodi and durasti based on the grant made by the Authorities, which is evidenced at Annexure-C. Though the respondents have received the requisite fee to conduct phodi and durasti, there appears to be inaction on the part of respondents and the petitioner’s representations dated 31.07.2023 has also gone an unanswered. Therefore, the petitioner is compelled to knock the doors of the writ Court. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:2543 WP No. 31667 of 2024 4. Learned AGA would submit to this Court that the petitioner’s representations will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate proceedings will be conducted. 5. Recording her assurance, this Court proceeds to pass the following; ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are hereby directed to consider the representations dated 31.07.2023 as per Annexures-G and G.1 and pass appropriate orders in respect of the land bearing Sy. No.13, Block No.7 measuring 3 acres 20 guntas.
