Learned counsel appearing for respondent has placed before the Court order dated 19.10.2024 by which the application 6-C filed by plaintiff-petitioner has already been decided. 3. In view of the said fact, as the 6-C application has already been decided, the writ petition has become infructuous and is hereby dismissed accordingly. 4. However, it is open to the petitioner to assail the order passed by trial Court before the appropriate Forum, if so advised.
