Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. The order dated 06.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2789 of 2025 in Cr.No.132 of 2025 of Anakapalli Town Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner/Accused No.2 is hereby modified as under: i. The Petitioner/Accused No.2 shall be enlarged on bail upon execution of a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties for the like 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.10726 of 2025 Dated 23.10.2025 sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned XI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anakapalli. 4. The residual conditions imposed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge–Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, in the original order shall remain in force and shall be duly complied with by the Petitioner/Accused No.2. 5.
