After dismissal of first bail application, no fresh material has been placed on record except the fact that petitioner approached the learned trial court seeking bail and said bail application has been dismissed vide order dated 28.10.2024. It appears from bare perusal of the record that there is no material change in the facts and circumstances of the case to entertain this bail application. 4. In view of above, I do not find any good ground to change my earlier view. Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed. (ANIL KUMAR UPMAN),J GAUTAM JAIN /83
