By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No.3/ Tahsildar- Chando-Samri Balrampur-Ramanujganj to consider and decide the application dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure P/2) filed by the petitioner for correction of name of the petitioner in revenue record of subject land bearing Khasra No.918/1, Rakba 2.023 hectare situated at village Amtahi, Tahsil Chando-Samri, District Balrampur- Ramanujganj (C.G.) within the stipulated time. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though JYOTI JHA Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA 2 the application has been filed by the petitioner in the month of June, 2024 before the Tahsildar, but till date, no steps has been taken by him with respect to the application filed by the petitioner for correction of name of the petitioner in revenue record regarding the land owned by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that if the application filed by the petitioner is still pending before the concerned authority, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, within the stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Looking to the fact that the application filed by the petitioner is still pending before the concerned authority 09.10.2024, the respondent No.3/Tahsildar-Balrampur is directed to consider and decide the application dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure P/2) filed by the petitioner for correction of his name in revenue record of subject land bearing Khasra No.918/1, Rakba 2.023 hectare situated at village Amtahi, Tahsil Chando Samri Balrampur, Tahsil Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.), in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6.
