The learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that the bank has been informed by its head office that the petitioner's pan card has been included in the suspect register by the NCCRP. It is in the said background that the petitioner's bank account has been debit freezed. The said submission is recorded. In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, by permitting the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate and workout its 2025:KER:26903 WP(C) NO. 5572 OF 2025 4 remedies in accordance with law.
