The petitioner No.1 has prayed for the following relief:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 to consider the claim of petitioners for attesting the signature of petitioner No.2 as Manager of the Committee of Management Krishak Audogik Pal Inter College, Hariharpur, District Sant Kabir Nagar in pursuant to election of Committee of Management held on 15/05/2019 within stipulated period. (ii). Issue any other and further suitable writ, order or direction in the nature which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iii). Award cost of the writ petition to the petitioners." 3. Since, the petitioner No.2 has expired and the petitioner No.1 has prayed for the relief of mandamus seeking direction to take the decision on the election of the petitioner No.1, therefore, the relief prayed for after the death of the petitioner No.2 cannot be granted. 4.
