This Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 13.02.2025, passed by learned Special Judge (NDPS Act)/ Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in Miscellaneous Release Application No.51 of 2025, “State vs. Kundan Singh”, whereby the learned Special Sessions Judge has dismissed the application filed for release the vehicle. 2.
