When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that a case and a counter case between the petitioners and unofficial respondents are filed. The police are not interfering in the dispute. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit recording the same. this writ petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between to follow due process of law.
