The limited submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been retired in the year, 2006 and before his retirement the amount towards Employees Pension Scheme 1995 was deducted from his salary regularly but no benefit has been extended to him after his retirement despite making repeated request. He also made a representation on 24.05.2025 to the respondent authority, but till date the same has not been decided therefore, the respondent may be directed to decide his representation in accordance with law within specified time period. 2 2. Learned counsel for the respondent though opposes the petition on merits, however he does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period. 3. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, without entering into the merits of the case the respondent is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2025 in accordance with law on its own merits as per applicable rules and circular of the department and also in view of service records of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent within a period of two weeks from today. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
