THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTILCE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R1- BANK TO CONSIDER THE LOAN ACCOUNT OF THE PETITIONER FOR OTS SCHEME AND THE PETITIONERS SHALL ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THE SAID OTS SCHEME AND DIRECT THE R2-BANK NOT TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE PETITION SCHEDULE PROPERTY AS PER ANNEXURE-G AND ETC.

ORAL ORDER This Court had passed an order on 12.11.2024 in respect of the interim prayer made in the writ petition subject to the petitioners depositing 20% of the outstanding amount due as on the date of the order, within four weeks. On 30.12.2024, this Court ordered that in view of the averments made in the Affidavit accompanying the application, the interim order dated 12.11.2024 shall stand extended subject to the petitioners depositing a sum of Rs.7.00 Lakhs on or before 01.01.2025 and a further sum of Rs.1.00 Crore on or before 06.01.2025, which was directed to be deposited

with the respondent-Bank. It was also made clear that in the event the deposit is not made as ordered, not only shall the interim order stand automatically vacated, but also the writ petition itself shall be liable to be dismissed.
2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.7.00 Lakhs with the respondent-Bank on
01.01.2025. However, the learned counsel admits that the petitioners have not deposited Rs.1.00 Crore as
directed by this Court.
3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed.
