Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- 1. “Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly respondents No.2 and 3, to conduct a proper verification and scrutiny of the voter list of Tehsil Baddi in District Solan, H.P. and to remove all entries obtained through fraudulent or forged documents. 2. Issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents No.4 and 5 to take departmental and legal action against the Booth Level Officers and officials found responsible for such irregularities.” 2. On a query put to the learned counsel for the petitioners, he informs the Court that the grievance of the petitioners is not that their names have not been included in the voter list. Their 2 grievance is that the names of the some other persons, who are outsider, have been wrongly included in the voter list. 3. In the light of this fact, as obviously, the petitioners have not filed this petition on account of any personal grievance, but they raising the issue pro bone, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a proper petition on the format of a Public Interest Litigation. 4.
