Heard Mr. Mayank Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shailesh Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.3/ Consolidation Officer, Chayal First, District- Kaushambi to decide the objection bearing Case No.1331/2023, Computerized Case No.202354024269051331, under Section 9-A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the title objection filed on behalf of the petitioners is pending before respondent no.3 since 2022- 23. He further submitted that opposite parties have put in appearance in the matter. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, respondent no.3 is directed to decide the aforementioned case on merits after framing issues in the case and giving opportunity to the parties to lead evidence in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him. 5.
