Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Samuel Vanlalhriate Chhangte, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent Nos. 1 – 4; and Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC for the respondent Nos. 5 – 7. Mr. Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some subsequent developments, the petitioner is willing to withdraw this petition, however, with a liberty to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition, by impleading the Ministry of Home Affairs as necessary party, as the land in question is presently under the occupation of Assam Rifle, which is now under the Ministry of Home Affairs. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection with the aforesaid prayer. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. However, liberty will remain with the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
