The Court:- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration as in case of intestacy (i.e., without the Will annexed) in respect of the estate left behind by the above-named deceased. The mother of the deceased has also died. The deceased is survived by three legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 2 of the application. One of them is the applicant before this Court and the other two have consented to the grant by filing affidavits of consent. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the department, therefore, considering the view of the department, this application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition, subject to furnishing a personal bond of Rs.90,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Lakh) with two sureties.
