Petl'tion under section 482 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in memorandum of grounds of criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the s.H.O., Mangalagir,I Town Police Station, Guntur District, to enlarge the petitioners/Accused No.2 to 8 on Bail, I-n the event of their arrest in connection with the crime in FIR No.373/2024, on the file of MangalagirI- Town Police Station, Guntur DI'StrjCt,- The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petI'tiOn and memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri V.R.Maheswara Rao Paleti, Advocate for the Petitioners and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent; The Court made the following: The petitioners are alleged to have been involved in the commission of offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 506 read with 341 of the Indian Penal Code (lPC) and FIR No.373 of 2024 was registered on the file of Mangalgiri Town Police Station, Guntur District.
2. lt is alleged in the complaint that the petl'tioners assisted the lstaccused in creating fake documents for providing a job in the High Court and also to
J} help allotment ofland. It is further stated that the lst accused used the names of some judges and on that pretext, an amount of Rs.59,06,100/-was transferred through online banking mechanisms. It is alleged that the lSt accused, with a common intention of his family members, committed the crime. The petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.2 to 8 in the said crime. The learned counsel for petitioners submits that Accused No.2 to 8 are I-mmedl'ate relatives of the lst accused and as such, have been impll'cated in the complaint. C~ A i!
3. Regardl'ng the transfer of amounts, the learned Assistant public prosecutor submits that money was transferred into the accounts of Accused Nos.3, 6 and 7. It is further submitted that the roles of Accused Nos.1 and 6 araprJ'maraC,'a established and further I'nVeStigation is pendI'ng. lt I'S also submitted that Accused Nos.1 and 6 are instrumental in the commission of the offences.
4. Considering the submissions made and the allegations against the Petitioners, this Court l's inclined to grant bail to the petitI'OnerS/Accused Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 in the event of their arrest, subject to the following conditions:
