JUDGMENT The writ petition is filed to direct the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioners by unnecessarily summoning them to the police station.
2. When the writ petition came up for consideration on 13.02.2025 this Court passed the following order:
“The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. He seeks time to get instructions.
2. On a perusal of Exts.P1 and P2 orders, I am satisfied that the petitioners are entitled to an adinterim
order. Hence, I direct the respondents 3 and 4 to summon the petitioners only after issuing a notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023”.
3. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
4. On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, I am of the view that a quietus can be given to the writ petition, by making the interim order dated 13.02.2025 absolute.
