Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Counsel submits that there are no criminal antecedents of the petitioners. Counsel submits that petitioners Pawan Kumar Gautam and Harinarayan Panchal are in custody since 01.12.2024 & 30.11.2024. Counsel further submits that investigation is almost complete and further custody of the petitioners would not serve any fruitful purpose.

5. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners; as also the fact that petitioners are in custody since their date of arrest; there are no criminal antecedents of the petitioners, but without commenting anything on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem it fit and proper to allow these bail applications.
