07/ 05.05.2025 The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent-authorities to take final decision of the process of selection initiated vide Advt. No. 2292 dated 20.05.2022 for different post in RIMS, Ranchi and also to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that instant application may be disposed of by directing respondent-authorities to take a decision with regard to selection initiated pursuant to Advt. No. 2292 dated 20.05.2022 for different posts in RIMS, Ranchi and also consider the cases of present petitioners for appointment, as the petitioners are already working under the respondent-RIMS since long and are well versed with their work and also fulfills all the standards as required in the advertisement and even the petitioner No. 5 has already been appointed.

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners, save and except petitioner No. 5, may be granted liberty to approach the concerned respondent for the needful.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter- affidavit has been filed, accordingly, petitioners may be directed to approach the concerned respondent by filing fresh representation.

Having regard to the limited submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioners to approach the concerned-respondent by filing detailed representation/s within a period of eight weeks. The moment the concerned respondent receives the representation/s of the petitioners; he shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of 12 weeks.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
