Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has submitted before the Court on that day that the petitioner is not paying the penal rent however, he is ready to pay the same. He submits however in Paragraph No.3 of order dated 23.09.2024, it has been wrongly recorded that he is already paying the penal rent. 3. It appears that the prayer is bona fide and it has been voluntarily declared that the penal rent has not been paid and it 2025:JHHC:13399 --2-- C.M.P. No. 361 of 2025 appears that it has occurred inadvertently. 4. Mr. Amit Kumar Das, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has got no objection to that effect. 5. In view of that the Paragraph No.3 is modified to the effect that the petitioner was not paying the penal rent however, he is ready to pay the penal rent. The rest of the paragraph No.3 kept intact and is modified only with the above facts. Rest of the orders are kept intact and order dated 23.09.2024 is modified to the above extend. 6.
