The present intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellants against the order dated 05.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No. 3789 of 2024 (Krishnakumar Yadav & Others vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition filed by the respondents No. 1 to 10/writ petitioners herein. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal has become infructuous, as the issue involved in the present appeal has already been dealt with by this Court in WA No. 94 of 2025, which was allowed on 07.02.2025. 4 4. Learned State counsel also endorses the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the present appeal is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
