The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 312 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga. 3. On 25.06.2025, co-accused persons were apprehended while they were attempting to enter Raja Bangla. On search, arms and ammunitions were recovered from their possession. A pickup-van loaded with a generator was also recovered from the place of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is the owner of the said vehicle, but he was not apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
