The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(i) for issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s for setting aside the order dated 01.03.2025 in Misc. Case no. 04/2023-24 and 10.03.2025 in Misc. Case No. 07/2023-24 (Annexure 11 & 11/1) passed by respondent no. 3 and further direction upon the respondent no. 3 to pass afresh order in view of annexure 9 & 10, thereby cancelling the mutation of Khata No. 519, Plot No. 6886, area of 6.37 decimal (total area 7.11 decimal), mouza- Chas, P.S. No. 30 i.e., mutation running in the name of Sanyukta Devi- Mutation No. 12727/R27 2022-2023, Online Reg. II, Vol- 7, Page No. 46 (annexure-6) and further mutation running in the name of Suresh Kumar Periwal, area 1.41 decimal (out of 6.37 decimal) Vol. No. 213, Page No. 20 (annexure 7) and further regarding thana No. 30, Khata No. 519, Plot no. 6886, area of 0.74 decimal, (Total area 7.11 decimal), the mutation no. 2025:JHHC:35105 Page | 2 W.P. (C) No.6093 of 2025 3186/R27 2022-23 i.e., online reg. II, Volume No. 7 and Page No. 46 (annexure -4). (ii) Further restraining the respondents not to allow any kind of mutation / sell of the remaining land of 6.37 decimal pertaining to Khata No. 519, plot no. 6886, P.S. No. 30, Mouza- Chas, Bokaro.” 2. Admittedly, it is a case arisen from family dispute as claimed by the petitioner which can be resolved only by the competent Civil Court. 3.
