The appeal filed by the State was also dismissed. 2. A perusal of the file would show that on 12.11.2002, the matter was admitted and the operation of the impugned order was stayed. None has appeared on behalf of the respondent inspite of issuance of notice so as to inform the Court as to whether he wants to pursue the present appeal. 3.
