Case No. 300 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 414 and 429/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 11(i), A, D, E, H, K of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act and section 12(ii) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. On 12.11.2022 at about 4.40 p.m., Chirkunda (Maithan) Police intercepted a vehicle bearing registration no. JH 10CF 6954 near Sanjay Chowk, on search, seven cattle were found loaded on the vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about three months. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Chirkunda (Maithan) P.S.
