Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 28.10.2024, when the writ petition was dismissed, he could not appear as he was on legs in another court. 3. Counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that order dated 29.08.2024 will be complied immediately after two weeks of restoration of W.P. (L) No. 2098 of 2020. 4. Counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to the prayer for restoration. 5.
