ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that accused in the present case are ladies and they are in custody from 07.05.2021 onwards. Out of 13 charge sheet witnesses, 9 witnesses have already been examined and only official witnesses are required to be examined.
2.
Learned counsel for the respondent fairly does not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that endeavor shall be made to examine remaining witnesses before the Trial Court within a period of one month and case itself can be disposed thereafter.
3. The submissions made on both sides is placed on record.
4. Considering the period of incarceration of petitioner, who is a lady and also the stage of the case, the petition is disposed

of with a request to the Trial Court to expedite the trial in Spl.CC.No.1785/2021 and to dispose of the case on merits at the earliest but not later than a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
