The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No.25 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109, 308(3) and 308(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 17 of CLA Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of accused persons, who have been apprehended in another case and according to him the petitioner is an employee of CCL and the petitioner has nothing to do with the allegations made in the FIR. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer 2025:JHHC:30938 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5034 of 2025 and submits that the petitioner happened to be the member of extremist organization namely TPC. He also submits that the petitioner is having two criminal antecedents of same nature which has come in paragraph No.12 of supplementary case diary. 5. It transpires that the allegation is there against the petitioner of being the member of extremist organization namely TPC and the allegations are there of indiscriminate firing by the miscreants in which one person has been injured and the petitioner is having two criminal antecedents of same nature which has come in paragraph No.12 of supplementary case diary. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
