Rahul) arising out of Case Crime No. 08 of 2024, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Hafizpur, District- Hapur, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 10.07.2024 pending in the Court of In-charge Judicial Magistrate-II, Hapur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
