At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 20.03.2025, the petitioner surrendered before the concerned Court and bail has been granted to him and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition as the same has become infructuous and accordingly, the present petition may be disposed of as such
