Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 21.02.2025 and to dispose it of by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before them. This order has been passed because no instructions have been received by learned counsel for the respondents despite time having been granted to him earlier for this purpose.
