Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ in nature of certiorari and quash the order dated 18.12.2024 passed respondent no.2 in case number 35998/2023 (Report Lekhpal Vs. Sri Sri Nandan)." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law. In case stay application is filed by the petitioner within a week, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent - authority within four weeks provided there is no other legal impediment.
