1. The petitioners have come up with the present transfer petition without first availing the option of petitioning before the Principal District Judge, Rajouri for seeking the transfer of the present civil suit which has come to be entertained by learned Sub Judge, Rajouri to the court of learned Munsiff, Sunderbani where the suit property is said to be located whereas the petitioners as defendants are not even resident of Rajouri and, therefore, this Court allows Serial No. 132

withdrawal of this transfer petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Principal District Judge, Rajouri.
2. Upon filing of any such motion by the petitioners, same shall
disposed of within a period of one month from the date of its institution.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
