Dey, APP ------- 02/07.02.2025 The instant application has been preferred by the petitioners for modification of the order dated 18.10.2022, passed in Cr. Revision No. 575 of 2007, whereby the petitioners were sentenced to undergo for the period already undergone subject to payment of Rs.2500/- each within a period of four months from the date of the order i.e. 18.10.2022, before the learned Secretary, DLSA, Palamau at Daltonganj. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are very poor person and due to non-communication of the order they have not deposited the fine amount within stipulated period of time, therefore, the time for depositing the fine amount had expired. Learned counsel further submits that in the interest of justice the time for depositing the fine amount before learned Secretary, DLSA, Palamau at Daltonganj be extended further Six weeks from today. 3. Learned APP submits that though he does not oppose Six weeks time to the petitioners for depositing the fine amount, but if the petitioners fail to deposit the aforesaid amount of 2500/- each within Six weeks, their bail bonds should be cancelled and they would serve rest of the sentence. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the order dated 18.10.2022, passed in Cr. Revision No. 575 of 2007, I hereby modify the last portion of the order dated 18.10.2022 to the extent that the petitioners are directed to deposit fine amount of Rs.2500/- each within a period of Six weeks from today before the learned Secretary, DLSA, Palamau at Daltonganj. 2 5. It is made clear that if the aforesaid amount will not be deposited within the aforesaid period, the bail bond of the petitioners shall be cancelled and the petitioners would serve rest of the sentence. 6. With the aforesaid modification, the instant Cr.M.P is hereby allowed. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court through “FAX”. (Deepak Roshan, J.) Vedanti/-
