(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 6.11.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, enclosing therewith copy of office order issued by afore authority, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of the learned Additional Advocate General. 2 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, same is disposed of with direction to the respondent to ensure that financial benefits, if any, flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within two months.
