Since the primary purpose of issuing the Non-Bailable Warrants was to secure the presence of the applicant/petitioner, and he has now appeared before this Court, the present application is allowed. Consequently, the Non-Bailable Warrants of Arrest issued against the petitioner vide order dated 3.12.2025 are ordered to be recalled as un-executed. The present application stands disposed of. Cr.
