Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a small 2. altercation which occurred on account of political differences between two groups is as resulted in filing a false complaint against the petitioners. It is submitted that there are no specific allegations against the petitioners attributing the alleged offences for their acts. It is submittedthat the petitioners are now residing at Hyderabad and doing some private jobs. Pendency of this case though they are not specifically responsible for commission of the alleged offences, a false complaint was registered and police after investigation filed charge a sheet and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.720 of 2022. Learned counsel appearing for the 3'^'^ respondent submits that as seen from the complaint or from the charge sheet, there are specific allegations against the accused A1 to A7 and there are direct eye-witnesses in form of LW2 to LW5, who speaks about the incident and involvement of the petitioners in commission of the said offences. It is also submitted that under Section 34 of IPC, the petitioners would also be responsible for punishment. 3. 4 's'. 'm V 5 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant appearing for the State and learned counsel for the Public Prosecutor respondent. Perused the record. 5. The witnesses 2 to 5 are stated of the statements, they have specifically stated about incident on that day. All the said police by narrating the incident. All these i would have to be decided by the trial Court with otherwise of the petitioners.
