The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109 (1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Miss Nitasha Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 25.08.2024, son of the informant was waylaid by three persons near Shiv Mandir, Gondudih. It is alleged that co-accused Chhotu Yadav had fired upon the son of the informant, causing injury. 4. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner. 5. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Nitasha Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Kenduadih P.S.
