Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri.Venkatesh R Bhagat and learned counsel for the respondent Sri.Pulkith Kishore Goel are present along with the petitioner Smt.Pooja and respondent Sri.Lakshminarayan Pai physically before the Court.
2. The parties to the proceedings are identified by their respective Aadhaars and their copy of Aadhaar cards are also produced which is placed on record.

3. At the instance of this Court, the matter was referred to Karnataka Mediation Centre for resolution of the dispute. Upon appearance before the Karnataka Mediation Centre parties agreed for settlement of the dispute and have signed Memorandum of settlement under Section 89 Read With Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnakata Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2005 agreeing to resolve the dispute amicably in terms of the said agreement. Under the circumstances, 7th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District is hereby directed to accept the settlement agreement and pass suitable orders in accordance with law.
4. In view of the parties having agreed to settle the matter, there is no order required to be passed in this petition with regard to transfer of the matter from Karwar to Bengaluru Rural as the parties have agreed to withdraw the petition in MC.No.51/2024 which is filed by respondent-husband who initiated the petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. He has agreed to withdraw

ORDER
i) This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Learned 7th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District to accept the Mediation settlement agreement from the Karnataka Mediation Centre and pass suitable orders in accordance with Law.
ii) Parties to appear before the Learned 7th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District on
22.02.2025.
