(C.C.A.) Rules within a period of one week from the date of order and, on filing such appeal by the writ petitioner, the respondents were directed to dispose of the said appeal within two weeks thereof with an observation, failing which the impugned proceedings deemed to be suspended. Accordingly, the petitioner herein filed an appeal before the appellate authority on 05.12.2023 and the same was considered and rejected by the respondent authorities on 22.12.2023. The respondents have complied the orders of this Court and the appeal filed by the writ petitioner was disposed of. The party-in-person (writ petitioner) might have filed the Contempt Case with wrong assumption on obtaining wrong advice. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
