The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2024, S.T. Case No.190 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-A), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XII, Ranchi. On 02.12.2024, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended by Lalpur Police. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XII, Ranchi, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
